EZ Fax2Mail Referral Program Terms & Conditions

You acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions for the EZ Fax2Mail Referral Program and the EZ Fax2Mail terms of service.

  • All current EZ Fax2Mail subscribers in good standing can participate in the EZ Fax2Mail Referral Program.

  • For every new, valid EZ Fax2Mail subscriber that you refer you will receive an account credit equivalent  to one month's service charge. New valid subscribers cannot be an existing EZ Fax2Mail user, someone who has a terminated EZ Fax2Mail account within the last 3 months or was previously referred to EZ Fax2Mail by another person. Only one referral per company, physical billing address or credit card is allowed.

  • All referred subscribers must indicate your email address at the time of registration for you to receive   the credit. No exceptions.

  • There is no limit on how many credits you can accumulate. Credits will appear in your account in the      currency for which you are billed and will be displayed until used up by your account activity.

  • No spamming or bulk emailing is allowed. You may only send a referral email to people that you personally know. Any unsolicited sending of a referral email in volume will result in the cancellation of your EZ Fax2Mail account and any outstanding credits.

  • Any attempt to fraudulently take advantage of the EZ Fax2Mail Referral Program will result in cancellation of your EZ Fax2Mail account and any outstanding credits.

  • EZ Fax2Mail credits have no cash value. Only credit will be applied to your account. Credits will be          forfeited and terminated should your account be terminated for any reason including voluntary account closure.

  • EZ Fax2Mail is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by customers or        referred friends while participating in the program.

  • Credits will appear in your EZ Fax2Mail account 60 days after the referred subscriber has subscribed for an EZ Fax2Mail account. Your account must be active and in good standing.

  • EZ Fax2Mail reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. All changes will be   posted on the website.
